My skin is sensitive and dry at the same time. Anything and everything can cause it to start feeling tender. So after a day under the sun, I have to do something to calm it down. This is one of the face packs that help my skin.
When boiling milk, the fat / cream rises to the top. Scoop it up.
This can be refrigerated and used for 2 days though fresh is always better.
You can mix a pinch of turmeric and some besan (gram flour). You can apply this face pack to clean skin and wash it away with cold water after 30 minutes.
If the skin is not very sore or burnt, you can also massage the skin first with the milk cream and then apply the face pack.
If your skin is feeling extra dry, skip the besan and you can add some turmeric powder to coconut oil and allow it to soak over night. Next morning, you can apply the oil.
